We don't breed often, when we do breed, it's because we feel it's an improvement to the breed and to our line. We take much pride that Claddagh's breeding program is a higher standard of excellence. All dogs are completely CHIC health tested which includes: hips, elbows, eyes, thyroid, heart, and vWD. They also must have a show champion title along with a working title, to prove their fit for function. We feel a healthy, properly coated and structured GWP will be able to do it's job best. A well tempered GWP is of utmost importance, we expect our pups to live in the house, with their families... be able to relax on the couch, yet ready at any moment to perform at 100% in the field.

Spring 2012 Litter:
"Briar"
"Camus"
This is a very special, and
long awaited breeding. Briar is the love of Courtney's life, and she's
talked herself out of breeding her twice already because she's so precious!
Briar quickly earned her show champion title at a young age winning a 5 pt.
major at the GWPCA National, alongside with her brother who took the dog major.
She has her JH and NAVHDA NA, with much more promise in the field to come. There hasn't been a stud good enough nor worthy of Briar, until Camus came
along. Camus is a young dog, just over 2 years old and is absolutely
stunning. He effortlessly earned a NAVHDA Utility Prize 1 this summer as
well as 2 legs towards his Master Hunter title. Camus is William's
preferred hunting partner from pheasant, goose, and duck, to grouse. He's built like a
machine and always 100% intensity! Briar and Camus are both CHIC health
tested with Excellent rated hips. The combination of Briar and Camus will
produce outstanding hunting companions with great coats, conformation, and
temperaments.

Summer 2012 Litter:
"Timo" "Katie"
Timo and Katie's records
speak for themselves. Katie is a young bitch, with already a lot of credit
to her name. She has intense desire and drive in the field, easily earning
a NAVHDA NA Prize I and her JH. She is coming along nicely in her training
and will be ready for Senior Hunter and Utility in 2012. It's no surprise
as gorgeous as she is, that she swept the 2010 GWPCA Nationals just as a puppy,
winning Best of Winners, Best in Sweeps, and Best in Futurity, then with very
limited showing this year, gained multiple group placements. Timo was only
here for 2 years with us and has just returned to his owners in the UK. In
that short time he earned a NAVHDA UT Prize 1 and Master Hunter, along with his
grand show champion, multiple Specialty wins and group placement at Eukanuba
over specials. We have high expectations with the combination of these two
phenomenal GWP's!!!
